It was an absolute pleasure to accompany our wonderful Year 6 girls to their football match. They demonstrated incredible effort and enthusiasm throughout, and it was a joy to see them enjoying the experience so wholeheartedly. Thank you for being such supportive teammates and for representing Priestsic with exemplary behaviour—you made us all proud! 

Congratulations to our outstanding Year 3 and 4 team for winning the Next Level Sports Handball Tournament. Their exceptional skill, determination, and teamwork were truly impressive. Equally commendable was their sportsmanship—encouraging one another and showing great respect to the other competing schools. Well done on a fantastic achievement!

This year, we put together our first football team in many years. These children have given their all in every match and made Priestsic history! We are so proud of the resilience they have shown and of the groundwork they have laid for future football teams at Priestsic. 

These children made Priestsic Primary history, being part of our FIRST EVER Swimming Gala team! What an amazing event it was. These children swam so well and gave every race their all - proving once again that children from Priestsic Primary show our school values of Resilience and Self-belief. We are so proud of our children, as always, and we already can't wait for next years Gala!

Another team competition in the bag. After many tough matches against tough competition, Priestsic showed our amazing sporting talent once again. Although not all of our children were super familiar with basketball, they were great teammates which helped us win some of our matches. Thank you for continuing to show such great respect and kindness.

This super team of year 5s and 6s blew us away with their athletic abilities in this competition. Many races were won, but more importantly, we had fun! Thank you again to these wonderful children for showing how respectful we can be when competing. Our children are simply the best role models to the younger year groups coming through.

Wow! We couldn't be any prouder of these amazing children. What resilience, determination, character and heart they showed - not only whilst participating in a grueling cross-country competition, but also when they were walking around an unfamiliar secondary school, representing the Priestsic badge on their shirts.

On top of that, these superstars gave it their all and showed amazing ability, running hard and not giving up! Additionally, four of our children managed to get into a county final next year, with one child even winning their race and coming 1st by quite a tremendous distance.
