Welcome back to Foundation 2
It has been great to welcome some of our Foundation 2 children back into school and see their big smiles as they skip and run eagerly into school each day.
They have taken part in lots of fun activities all around the themes of under the sea and pirates.
We read Who Swallowed Stanley. We what we could do to help to protect the environment. We made some posters to put up.
We said goodbye to the butterflies that we had observed transform.
We listened to the story Rainbow Fish and discussed what we thought about the characters. We wanted to work on our colouring skills. We showed great concentration to colour in the fish pictures.
After reading about different sea creatures, we painted our favourites.

We looked at some artwork by Kandinsky and then painted our own pictures.
