In Maths, we would like you to practise your recall of number facts within 20. There are some games to play in the Home Learning Booklet.

In Art this afternoon, we would like you to explore the artwork and life of the artist Jackie Morris. Tomorrow we will be using this learning to create our own artwork in the style of Jackie Morris.

In Maths today we are going to be practising and recalling multiplication and division facts. There are some games in your Home learning booklet but you can also play on TTRockstars.

In Art this afternoon, you are going to be drawing and painting a woodland animal in the style of Jackie Morris.

Wednesday

In English we are going to be comparing the story of Little Evie in the Wild Wood with the traditional tale Little Red Riding Hood. 

In Maths, we are going to be finding half, quarter and thirds of shapes. 

In Science this afternoon, we would like you to explore different habitats and match animals to their habitats. Then think about how animals are suited/adapted to their habitat.

Thursday

In English we are going to be expressing our own views on the stories Little Evie in the Wild Wood and Little Red Riding Hood. Which one was your favourite? Why?

In Maths, we are going to be finding half, quarter and thirds of quantities and amounts. 

This afternoon, we would like you to create Mother's day cards and gifts using craft materials.

Friday

In English we are going to be writing sentences using progressive verbs.

In Maths, we are going to be recalling number facts with increasing speed. 

This afternoon, we would like you to create a map of the woods that Little Evie explored using the ideas from the maps and aerial photographs. Be sure to include all of the places on the key.
