Autumn 2 - Bear Hunt
After reading We're Going on a Bear Hunt, the children loved joining in the the repetitive language and the actions to the story. We created bears in our transient art area and using collage to create brown bears with ears, eyes and a nose. As well as this, we painted a bear face at our easel.
It also snowed this half term so we brought some snow inside and put it in our water tray to explore. We noticed it was very cold and when it was in there for a while it started to melt and turn into water. We used scoops and containers to play with the snow. It was lots of chilly fun!
