Summer 1 - Jack and the Beanstalk
We have been reading Jack and the Beanstalk to start our first summer half term! We have retold the story in the tuff tray and pretended to be the different characters by changing our voice. We have started our star challenge too which encourages children to use different areas of our nursery and be independent when choosing and having a go at a challenge. This first week's challenge was to paint a beanstalk at the easel and for the second wee, we made a beanstalk in the playdough area. Everyone tried really hard with the challenge and so their star challenge sticker too!
