Autumn 1 - Rosie's Walk
We continued our learning about the farm with our text Rosie's Walk. We talked about which vegetables would be good for making a soup and then made and tasted vegetable soup. Yummy!
We also discussed the directional language that our text used such as under, over and around. We acted out the story copying the directional words like Rosie the chicken did in the story!
In the play dough area, we followed photo instructions to make a chicken using eyes, pipe cleaners and feathers! Look how well they turned out!
